Lesson blocks must be paid before your lessons begin each month. Non-payment could result in you losing your spot.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, you are required to give at least one week's notice so we can reschedule or credit your next month's payment. If it’s an emergency — then we’ll figure something out.
Refund Policy
Monthly payments are non-refundable. If I cancel and we can’t reschedule, you’ll get a credit for that lesson that will be applied to your next month.
Drop-off / Pick-up
Drop-off: We don't have a waiting room for you and/or your child to wait for your lessons. Please wait in your car until it's time for your lesson to enter the studio so as not to disturb the lesson prior to yours.

Pick-up: Again, with no waiting room, it is crucial that you pick up your child from their lesson on time so the next student's lesson may begin. Parents/guardians are welcome to wait in their vehicles on Bromley Avenue, inside the studio, or in nicer weather you are welcome to sit outside around the bon fire in order to be on time for pick-ups.
What to bring
Drum sticks can be purchased locally at Long & McQuade. The staff there will be able to help you find your perfect pair if you are unsure of what to look for.

We'll talk about lesson books and whether or not you'll need them once we begin lessons. They can be purchased through Long & McQuade as well, but aren't needed for your first lesson.
While you're here / What to wear
While you're here: We do not have a public washroom. Please try to use the washroom before you arrive for your lesson. In emergency situations you are able to use the washroom in our home - we do have a dog in our home (his name is Archie).

What to wear: Wear something you're comfortable in and be sure to bring a pair of indoor shoes with you that you are able to drum in. We have a boot tray and a coat rack for when winter comes so we keep the studio clean.
